I have been in business for over 40 years: I’ve worked with architecture and designers in both residential and commercial construction sites as well as building management projects, so I can guarantee you my extensive knowledge and experience on the subject.

3) Which associations govern you?
We provides a visual, non-intrusive Home Inspection, meeting or exceeding the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of InterNACHI, CAHPI, and OAHI

4) Can I attend the on-site inspections?
We actually encourage you to attend the inspections so you can see the problems with your own eyes. Also, we’d take this opportunity to educate our clients on maintenance.

5) Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully ensured, so both you and I are protected.

6) What’s your schedule like?
We can schedule inspections at times that are most convenient for you—even weekends. However, I highly recommend you to schedule an inspection no later than three hours before sunset—preferably 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.—so you have the benefit of daylight.
